The best of both worlds are offered as this luxury accommodation is also situated within moments of outdoor activities including walks in the Brecon Beacons or along Offas Dyke Path, kayaking or fishing on the River Wye or cycling through the Golden Valley.

Directions

From Hay on Wye town centre about 5-7 minutestake the Cusop exit B4350 towards Bredwardine. After approximately 2 miles take the right hand turn B4348 which is signposted Dorstone and Peterchurch and The Pandy Inn. Follow the road for exactly 1.5 miles where the property will be found on the left hand side past the sandstone Manor, the black and white Tudor house, and Westbrook Court is the next house. We have two driveways, please use the open one.From the M4 about an hour.Cross the Severn Bridge and Toll booths, keeping on the M4. At the Newport exit, take the A449 towards Abegavenny, and this leads onto the A40 off to the left. At Abegavenny, you don't need to go into the town centre, just take the A465 towards Hereford. You will pass the Pontrilis timber mill on your left, keep going. There is a petrol station on the left a few minutes further on. Take this left road B4348. It goes through Kingstone, Vowchurch, Peterchurch and Dorstone. (Please beware of the twists and turns, and of overtaking even on straight roads). After leaving Dorstone, you reach an upward hill, and after the peak, there are two right hand roads (and a bustop) signposted Middlewood. Keep going and Westbrook Court is the first house on the right after the second turnoff and bustop to Middlewood. If you pass Hardwicke Church on the right, you have gone too far. Turn around at the T Intersection and follow the above directions from Hay on Wye.
